Wildlife & Marine Life Emergencies
Due to extremely high demand, we are full for some species but are working tirelessly and closely with partner rescues to get you the help needed for your wildlife casualty. Please be patient with our team, we’re all volunteers and may be dealing with other emergencies or cleaning and medicating all of the many animals we already have within our care. Thank you!

For wildlife casualties, we will need an exact location, a description of how we can help and photos/videos so that we can assess them.
The best way to contact us is to send a message VIA Facebook, we ask that you contact us on there FIRST as more volunteers have access to this service.

If you’ve sent us a message on Facebook and have an emergency, you can also call and leave a voicemail on the following numbers:

01472 472217 - If no answer, leave us a voicemail but please do not call repeatedly. - We’re not able to be next to the phone 24/7 but we will always get back to you as soon as we can.
Should you be calling regarding a bird with broken wings/bones, please contact your local emergency vet ASAP, they need urgent vet care.
